Yes you will...eventually. However if you're looking for even faster results, I would lay off on some of the things. If you're looking for abs, sorry but a lot of sit ups aren't really going to do anything for you until you lose the layer of fat you may have over them. And the only way to do that is dieting. i'm not talking about starving yourself. Eat fruits and vegetables. Lots of protein. Do interval workouts instead of 3 miles. Run for 2 minutes at a medium pace, then 1 minute sprinting, then 2 minutes at a medium pace and then 30 seconds at a sprint. Keep repeating. Interval workouts are proven to burn more fat over time than running 3 consecutive miles at the same pace. Within the first two weeks if you stick to eating healthier and excersizing you should see some major differences.

you will but it takes time. i think though you're going too fast.

relax... run 3 miles or 5 miles 2 times a week. sit ups (50 of them) 3 times a week. swim? yes on a saturday.

you don't have to go crazy! also take the stairs, ride the bike instead of the car on very short trips.. walk with a friend for the fun of it.. things like that.

and do eat a good fiber rich diet high in vitamen d and potassium too.

cut out the soda, fast food... things such as that.

increase water intake and fresh juices if you've not already

If this is new for you, you'll see a big change. I started running and I saw a big change in my muscle tone within three weeks. But don't worry so much about changing your body. Your focus should be improving your health. Once you change your thinking, all that other stuff will fall into place. Good luck!

If you just started that routine, it'll take some time. It's not going to change overnight. You should start seeing some results in a few weeks to a month or so. You need to eat right as well.

You will see a changes start to happen within a month. Becareful with how much you are exercising you can over do it. It will also depend on what kind of shape you are in now, and what type of changes you are wanting to see.

probably a week or two or three, as long as you eat right.... all the exercise in the world is useless if you eat 10 lbs of food for dinner.
