I just got done pllaying basketball for since like 4, at about 7-8 my legs started to get really sore i and physically could not move to even guard my opponent...was i just really fatigue because i can breath well and everything, but my legs wanted to break!...so wat can i do to prevent this next time...and i know we played alot of hrs but my legs havent gotten this sore in so long....maybe cuz i just ate a cup of fruit?...loss of nutrients?...

Over use in the muscles can wear them and the joints out . you need to listen to your body when its tired its tired. When you use a muscle it works like a machine burning fuel and like a machine it gives off a waste for that fuel , Lactic Acid builds up and starts to break down the muscle fibers this can cause atrophy and isceama is the condition after atrophy where the muscle tissues begin to die and it gets painfull , stretch drink plenty of fluids when your working and playing and get a good amount of rest.Even if your young you can carry the damage for a long time , good luck ,and remember the pain may not be there to help you gain muscle but it can be there to tell you , your doing to much with the muscles

It could be from dehydration or not being stretched out enough.

Maybe you have shin splints, go get them looked at. They get worse if not taken care of.
