Unless you can stop on your own...assuming you want to, you need to get professional help. I don't know if that would be considered Anorexia or not since you say that it's not because you feel fat, but it's definitely unhealthy. You get that dizzy feeling when your electrolytes are out of balance. Well, that and lack of nourishment. Feeling dizzy and fainting is dangerous. You need to get help.....even though you may not have an actual Eating Disorder.

You might have a blood sugar problem. Diabetics and hypoglycemics can suffer from sugar spells when they do not eat right, these spells can cause light headness, dizziness, disorenitation, weakness, drowziness, irritability, shaking, cold spells and other things. Even if you are not diabetic or hypoglycemic you can still suffer the effects of unbalanced blood sugar, you can also be boderline diabetic or hypoglycemic. If you eat too much sugar and have unstable blood sugar it will make you feel sick. Your body might also be in need of a certain substance, try finding something that you really have a craving for, or taste a few things a see what is the most appealing, this can help you to find what might be missing from your diet. Many substances need other substances for the body to use them, like calcium needs vitmin D, so try and get a balanced diet.

The devil made you not do it. Haven't you ever heard of "The Holy GRAY-L?" When you don't eat your own body eats you. I've gone for days without eating. You might have ulcers by now in your stomach and your intestines. Try some high protein shakes or powders and more water. Yeah, a doctor would be a good idea too. Anorexia?

Yeah, I agree. That's a not-so-famous symptom of eating disorders. Try to remember that your health is more important than highs.
