i always see him but he never says hi or nothing y is that??and wat should i do to start a conversation

The silent treatment could mean one of two things:
1. He doesn't want to ever talk to you again
2. He thinks it is "protocol" for him not to talk to you, and probably feels as if YOU dont want to talk to him!
Most likely it is number 2. However, the only way to find out is to break the silence. Just say hi. Don't make it a big deal, or if he doesn't say anything back, you will feel stupid. Just say "hi" while you are passing him. If he says hi back, then that means there are not too many hard feelings. Wait a few more days of just "hi" and then ask him a question. Again, don't make it a big deal. Just ask, "Hey did you ever get those jeans you liked?" or something equally as basic. He will come around soon enough.
Another thing you can do (and guys always do this to me, it works, lol) just email him. Email is the chicken way out, but it is really easy and no one has to know you got dissed. Just shoot him a quick note, "Hey, I thought about you, wanted to say hi" do not spill your guts out on the first email unless you know for sure he is still in love with you (which you dont).

Often when a relationship ends one or both parties feel hurt and maybe he just needs time to come around but if you want to strike up a conversation take the direct approach and if he does not wanna be friends with you forget him there's a reason why he is the ex.

What do you want him to do? Blow a shrill whistle and loudly declare, "NOTHING TO SEE HERE! MOVE ALONG! MOVE ALONG!" Leave the guy alone. He could not make it any clearer that he wants nothing to do with you. TAKE A HINT! BUY A CLUE! Look for someone new, but tell them how obsessive you can be, K?

Maybe he doesn't want to talk to you anymore. He is your ex you know? Sounds like he has moved on. Just let it go and let him be. Time for you to find another boyfriend.
