Its probably not a good idea to have your toddler play with a plastic bag as this could be a hazard as it could choke and be a deadly harm to your child.

You shouldn't let toddlers play with plastic bags... they put that "This is not a toy, keep out of reach of children and pets" warning on there for a reason.
