Juliet is waiting in a tower for you;the only question is where? If you're in college or high school (or possibly junior high), then I have the solution.Take an interest in the girls around you. If one of them has qualities that are golden to you, pursue her, but take it nice and slow. First, make sure you know enough about her. THen, the next step is easy: introduce yourself. If she already knows you, hang out with her group, but don't make it too obvious that you're interest in her. From there, talk with her, hang out with her. She'll soon take an interest in you.
