I am so sorry that you are having major problem right now. Listen to everyone that has advised you that you must get help. This forum on the web is not sufficient to do much to help other than to let you know that you are not alone and there is help available. If your husband is watching you cut yourself, he does not realise just how serious your problems are and just how horrible you feel. Go to the nearest emergency room, call 911, have your husband or another family member call a doctor or emergency room immediately and get you the help that you deserve. Try not to worry about the money. You and your health are more important than any amount of money in the world. Some doctors will work on a sliding scale and others will just give you a special price. Some health departments also will help you find care with a psychiatrist or psychologist. How do you save yourself? HOPE! You have to keep trying to get better. You MUST take your medicine for weeks to find out if it is going to work and you must take it all of the time. If it doesn't work, you must go back to your doctor and try something. If this is the biggest struggle in your life, you still can not give up and you still need to find some hope that your life will eventually get better. Medicine doesn't solve all problems but it can help. Many family doctors are not sufficiently trained and not qualified to work with someone with anything other than mild depression. You need an expert! Ask others if they know of a good psychiatrist and KEEP LOOKING until you find one that you can establish a good relationship and one that you trust. Don't decide in one visit, give it a good try first. I found my psychiatrist when I was admitted to the hospital when I felt very much like you do at the moment. He is gifted and has saved my life. Don't give up, call or go to your local emergency room and tell them everything you just wrote about anxiety, depression, suicidal and especially self mutilation. Mention that you feel that you have the voices arguing in your head and that you are crying constantly. Take care of yourself and let others help take care of you.

~You know what....? My younger brother comitted suicide and I wish sometimes that he had cried out for help like you are. Suicide is NOT the answer. It's a permanent solution to a temporary problem. It hurts ALL the people around you especially family. It brings everyone down and leaves them with questions that will never be answered. Crying is GOOD! Let that crap out! If it would make you feel better.......BREAK something! Inanimate and not expensive! I found that when I get into those vicious cycles of self destruct, I look at myself in the mirror and thank God that I can enjoy a lot of things that others would die for to have for one day or even for a moment. Everyone has a purpose in this world no matter how unimportant you may think you are right now..., I bet there's a lot of people out there that love you unconditionally.....I know God does.~

I know this might sound like a cliche' but forget about the psychologists, doctors and therapists, all they do is treat the symptoms and have no ability to tackle the problem at it's core.
Those voices you are hearing are demonic spirits that are attacking you and trying to push you deeper into fear and anxiety, I know, I've been attacked that way before as well.
You are suffering a spiritual attack and the prize is your very soul. If there is ever a time in your life where you realize that you can't and don't want to do this on your own anymore, now is the time. The God of all grace and mercy can and will set you free from a spirit of fear and doubt but you have to commit yourself to His care and place your trust in His strength, there is no other way!
You may have rejected this course in your past but I'm telling you there is a hope that is secure, a peace that passes all understanding and the love of God that no demonic oppressive spirit can ever come between and that is the Love of God for one who calls Him Father and has committed their life in His hands.
Walk into a Bible believing church this Sunday, this might be a Calvary Chapel, an Assembly of God, any Spirit filled, Bible believing church and dont leave there without approaching the Pastor and explain to Him your predicament. Allow Him to pray with you and explain to you how to commit your life to Christ and receive God's power in your life that you might be able to stand up to this evil that seeks your soul.
There is hope my friend, you just have to know where to go for it. I hope for your sake, you find it soon.

First I do believe you need a doctors assistance asap. Sometimes life is really really tough to cope with. I myself see a counsler and it is expensive. There are many free clinics with doctors that should be able to give you some assistance. I have depression and anxiety disorder and it is tough. Let a doctor help you get back on your feet and take it day by day. It takes time to get better but it will happen.

I have been there to. I cant really tell you how i came through it, because i dont even know. When i had a problem the first thing i would do is run to find a razor. Then my parents found out, sent me to the hospital.(if anything that scared the crap out of me). Since then i have made a slow recovery. All i can tell you is that one day it will get better. There is always sunshine after the rain.
