Ok, its emigrate - not immigrate.....you're emigrating from another country and immigrating to the land of beans and tacos. Also, Fox is no longer president down there.
Why not just sneak across the border, then you can get a high-paying Mexican job and take advantage of all the free government benefits Mexico has to offer......oops, there aren't any. Well, at least you can buy a bunch of beans and tacos and get fat and lazy.

You can not. Fox and all Mexico President's depend on the money that is shipped back into the Mexican economy. It produces a large part of their GDP.

of course moving without due process is illegal, but any property purchased 1.can be seized by the governemnt at any time without renumeration, and 2. you would be limited to tourist areas if anything at all and this would be taxed by the U.S. government,as all worldwide property and assets are taxed by uncle sam.

Well, I am sure he will give you land to go there. They have a lot there, seeing that most of their citizens are choosing to live here.

I think you will get there in good time - you are definitely traveling the direction of the highway that is not traveled much. . .
