you're progressing. 2 inches is pretty good. Just try to do harder workouts, step it up a knotch and see what happens.

Hi
Try this simple plan for some time so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

Talk too some professionals like a trainer and a nutritionist to make sure you are on the right diet and doing the right work out.

It depends on how much fat you have on your body to begin with. If your body fat percentage is low to begin with then 2 inches all over will be a lot. Need more info.

first of all how much do you weigh? how tall are you? what are your sizes? etc. if you're stick thin or even NOT chubby, it's gonna take you ages to lose weight/inches. it's easier to lose weight when you're really heavy, but if you're just average size, it's harder.
