Have either of them hinted that they want to run away? Are there any signs of them wanting to take off?
Step families have issues no matter how well things seem to be going on the surface. Your son and his step-father with need to sit down and work things out between them. What are the issues? and how can a compromise be reached? The teenage girl and you will need to sit down and work on your problems too.All of you will need to sit down and work the issues that affect you the most and work on a solution. Instead of trying to predict which one will take off first, you should be pulling out all the stops to try to prevent this from happening. You are a family and families have to work together.
Good luck to you all.

A teenage Girl cuz they mature faster and can feel that they can survive and become independent, much earlier
Whereas a boy more likely needs his mom/dad to keep him going, or else his world would turn into an estopia.

Let's hope neither of them runs away!
But hypothetically I would say the girl. Girls are usually treated more strictly and allowed less freedom than boys. If they get a boyfriend, he is usually older and sometimes has a place of his own she can move in to with him. Girls are usually more anxious about disappointing their parents and would rather get away from the situation. Possibly girls are just more likely to "flee" rather than "fight", being slightly less aggressive.

U can always call the cops or lock them up before they can run away.
Whomever has the bigger problems prolly run away first.
Or they might not run away. I wouldnt. there no point
