No... the US Navy does not have Generals (He's the Captain of a ship you know!). Admiral Crunch would be more appropriate but the alliteration is lost.

There are two ways the rank in the army who positively get a Major's rank.as u feel no promotion it means he is the boss of a ship and he will only be the Captain always .
