momma jokes? They're all so dumb, do people really get offended by mom jokes, or when people say they did someone's mom?

surprisingly there are a lot of morons in the world who get highly offended by a 'yo momma' joke. which i find this completely ridiculous. especially when the person telling the joke has never met nor seen your mother a day in their life, some of these idiots even go to the extremes of starting fist fights because of these childish jokes,why would you waste your time and energy and risk the possibility of going to the jail over something as petty as that?

Let's clear the air on being "offended". Today, being "offended' is a lame political catch-back ploy at reverse inciting feelings of anger towards the alleged "offensive" speaker. Being "offended" is a flashy cheap shot taken at a cheap shot. Nothing more or less.

i grew up at a time when thats all they did was what they called CRACKING. the momma jokes are suppose to be harmless but some people take it to another level and make it a personal attack.

It depends on who it is like if yo mama dead or sick when a yo mama joke come it is like dont talk bout my mama cause she dead or might die so they take offense to it but like if they mama is the only person they have to love in the whole world it is like you talkin bout the only person they have and that would get to them i mean they dont even have tto finish it I be ready to fight when somebody talk bout my mama I say what you say hoe and after dat I blank out I just whoop they a$$
