A guy liked me and asked me out. I turned him down. For a while I thought that I liked him, but just didnt think much of it. Now I hate seeing him with other girls. It's not that he is dating other girls just SEEING him with other girls bugs me. He still very much likes me, but I wouldnt want to screw up our relationship (hes like my best friend). I know this is totally wrong because I had my chance to have him. But does this mean I really did like him? or is it just something that happens to everybody and will pass?

Happened to me, it'll pass. I think I was jealous because we were friends and I was the only girl in his life and then once he started dating I wasn't the only girl anymore.

This type of relationship will probably fail. I'm not trying to be negative, however when a guy likes a girl who only wants to be friends, it usually terminates at some point. If you feel anything at all for this guy (assuming you're not with another guy) give this guy a shot. He may shock you. He may make you very happy. However, if there is a LOT of doubt, drop the guy like bad habit. Not only that, let him KNOW that you have no feelings for you. Don't lead him on, it will only make it worse.

I would just sit back and see how things go. If it was meant to be it will be. If he breaks up with your friend maybe the two of you could talk over how you feel. If you do something else, you may lose your friend and the relationship may not work anyways. Then you lose twice. Good Luck to you.

Yes you liked him, the same thing happened to me but i don't think everybody goes through that. After a while of regretting what i had done I moved on.

how do you know that he isnt doing this to see how you would react? maybe he wants to make you jealous by talking to other girls. and its working. thats okay to be a little jealous, but if he cant have you, he wont pine over you for the rest of your life. he will move on. as long as you dont sabotage any of his relationships by giving him wrong advice on girls! if it really gets to you, why not give him a go?

You don't want him but you like having him as your safety blanket.... if all else fails you have him..I don't think you like him you should try to get over it and let him move on with his life.
