Have you been smoking tea? What abrahamic-religion demands compassion from its sheep? Everyone of them exhort on their brainwashed zombies to hate anybody who is not like them.

Indeed it would be a priceless gift if they did! Unfortunately, those people who claim to have a deep relationship with God are usually the people who have yet to learn what it means to love unconditionally, completely, and unselfishly....
It is sad those people will spend their precious lives on Earth endlessly searching for the undeniable peace the love described above fills our hearts with.
Then there are some folks who are just hypocrites without shame....those types are the easiest to recognise....they are the ones who are chronic complainers and blame everyone but themselves for their woes in life.....
We should all heed the adage, "Judge not, lest ye be judged ten fold" (That is a loose translation as I remember)....

Real religion means to purely love God, no matter what name we call Him. Therefore people who are truly religios, developing their love for Supreme Lord, not merely making a show of some religious designations, are most compassionate, most kind, most peaceful, and they bring peace to the entire world with their words, thoughts and deeds.
If somebody fights with other religions, telling, "My religion is the only right one," he is in ignorance, namely on bodily platform. They are not truly religious.

Yes it would be wonderful if Eve hadn't taken that apple and if she and Adam hadn't eaten. But, that's just not reality. No matter how hard a person works their religious system - they just can't bridge the gap between human nature and perfection. Even the most perfect appearing people - well they have PRIDE. As humans we all fall short. It's like saying who can do the long jump and cross the grand canyon. You might get farther than me - but none of us will make it.

My God is spelled with a Capital G. Just because you are a Christian doesn't mean your life will be peaceful and happy. God doesn't promise a problem free life. He promises eternal life. He is not my prophet He is my Lord and Savior.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if you understood that.

Yes, and what about the non-religious people? Or are they already peaceful, happy, compassionate?

Islam is dependent upon violence as a means to enforce and spread their ideaology.
The Jews have always been engulfed in war because God gave their land to them at the expense of the previous occupants and the hatred their neghbors have always had for them.
Jesus knew that his teachings were going to divide believers and unbelievers in this.....
Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. -Matthew 10:34
Jesus brings peace to your soul and life, death and the sword between you and the world. (it will persecute you and hate you)

Yes, it would be Heaven on Earth!
You know, a Christian is not allowed to do any evil act for any reason. Jesus told us to actually pay back acts of cruelty with acts of kindness! We are told to forgive. We are told to love.
We are not allowed to seek revenge for any reason. We are not allowed to punish or kill those who insult or blaspheme our God. We are not allowed to destroy abortion clinics though we believe abortion is murder. We are not allowed to be unkind to homosexuals though we believe their behavior to be wrong. We are not allowed to hurt others or take advantage of others or lie to others or cheat others for any reason.
The teachings of Jesus are pure beauty and light because He was the true Son of God. The big difference between Christianity and other religions is that Christians don't need to follow man made rules or perform man made rituals. We don't need to crawl on our hands or pray 80 times a day or go into trances or do special dances or make special sacrifices or eat certain foods or avoid certain foods. We don't need to follow some special "holy man" on Earth to become a better Christian. We don't even need to go to church (although many of us enjoy doing so to give thanks to our God)
To be a Christian you need only to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (which proves the divinity of Jesus Christ).
With that said, Christians are not little perfect Gods. We make mistakes like any other religious or atheistic person. However, we at least have an accurate road map from which to live our lives in a way we know is pleasing to God. And that road map is the purest of road maps because it doesn't allow us to kill others who do not believe in our God nor does it allow us to sit in a trance and ignore others while we strive to obtain our personal perfection nor does it allow us to do anything other than love our neighbor as ourselves.
Jesus said the greatest commandment was to love God but the second greatest commandment was to love our neighbors as ourselves. Its tough to argue with the goodness of that philosophy!
P.S. Yes, many Christians talk the talk but don't walk the walk. But their behavior is not condoned by Jesus or the teachings of the Bible!
