Jesus was a human with a huge wonderful idea that has reshaped the world in a huge way. Some negative, some positive. He also had a lady love, Mary Magdelan. Out of the twelve apostles there are twelve different versions of her written. During the gathering that decided which books would be put into the bible and which would not these twelve accounts of her were taken into consideration. Of them six referred to her as his wife, five referred to her as his love and one said she was a whore. We all know which one was picked. Why mention her, it gives a reality check as to Jesus being human because it suggests strongly that he took a wife, possibly had children. A perfect being would have no need for these things. Then why not mention that part, it would make him appear normal. The purpose of the bible is to present Jesus and his teachings of that from a higher order, not from a mortal man. So far it has worked very well. And why say Mary was a whore, because saying that she was his love or indeed his wife would have put woman in general of having the ability to lead and have an opinion. Saying she was a whore discredits everything she would have said or would say thereafter and therefore lend woman to be under men. Which also worked very well for 1800 years or so.

Agreed. There is no evidence outside of the Bible that any of the magical events of Jesus's story ever happened at all. Not one contemporary historian or scribe wrote a single thing about any of the huge events that suposedly surrounded Yeshua...and no culture in the world mentions a day where the sun held still in the sky or any other such event. No trace of an Exodus, or a worldwide flood or any of the other myths.

Do you base you salvation on science? Is there any chance that The Bible is the Word of God? If it is true then the Lord Jesus Christ was God manifested in the flesh. He became a man so He could die for your sins. Don't take a chance on science they have been wrong. Philippians 2: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: Philippians 2: 7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: Philippians 2: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Every human being has intellect, a strange actor of life.It assumes innumerable roles. To-days wonder world is the creation of man's intellect only. Beyond this intellect is the knowledge, knowledge of truth and knowledge of soul. The question is how can we believe that there are people who have known the truth which is beyond the reach of just intellect. We can judge the truth of such statements only with the help of our intellect in absence of direct perception of truth. In such matters we have to depend on reasons only.We can conclude, Jesus was a regular human being. He dedicated to achieve truth and finally attained it and expounded it for the welfare of human being.

Yes. Although history points to the existence of a person called Jesus of Nazareth, the belief that he ascended to heaven after his death is not logical and has no solid evidence. However, if Christians believe it, it is their prerogative. I wish that they did not try to force it on non-believers.
While he was alive, history shows that he did positively influence people around him. No one human has ever affected so many people before, although most of his power is because of the belief of his "holiness" and eternal life, not his actual existence.
By the way, the proper use of grammar would be "like you and me."

I believe Jesus was every bit Human in that He had a Fleshly body just like us but I also believe inside our bodies resides a created spirit that God Created and that spirit will leave the body upon our death and join the spiritual world. Jesus on the other hand, when conceived was not conceived by a man's sperm, as we were, but was conceived through the Holy Spirit of God. The Fleshly body was physical but the internal Spirit that was in that body was GOD and in that way nothing like us. Unlike us He was perfect and it was through his perfect blood shed on the cross that we, humans, can obtain forgiveness for our sins and not have them held against us in Judgment. Like us only in that He had a fleshly body and tempted like us but only in those ways.

Son of man, with vulnerability by choice because he was the son of God.
Jesus, the immortal clothed himself with immortality to save you from eternal damnation.
If you read the Bible asking for help from Jesus, he has sent the Holy Spirit to lead you to a glorious immortality, it is a free gift.
If you accept it, he will lead you the rest of the way. If you do not believe in miracles you will never experience nor recognize one.
There are Christians who see miracles on a daily basis.
They can actually look at miracles the way you look at common occurences.
to experience this, you only have to accept Jesus, and ask him to remove the scales from your eyes, you are spiritually blind, and only Jesus can heal you.

Yes, and no. Jesus was one of many shamans in the world. He wasn't however, the only "savior" to be crucified. There are many others, and Jesus' story closely matches that of the Egyptian god Horus.
However, what you say about magic is not true. Magic does it exist. It's personal energy that is being manipulated to do our will. Everything is magic, because everything has energy.

I believe he existed and yes was a regular human being just like us but had the spirit in him to help guide him. He feared for his life in the end and asked God the father to take the burden from him. Everyone is allowed their opinion concerning Jesus and God though. That was one of the gifts we were given in life is the right to choose for yourself. We all hope we just make the right choice and don't have to pay for the wrong one in an after life.
