You hate to stereotype so much that you just had to do it on Yahoo Answers?

You really shouldn't make assumptions about any group. Get to know individuals, don't judge them because they are Muslim/Christian, Black/White, Male/Female.

Seems like you don't really hate to stereotype that much.

Think of it this way. For the most part, gorillas are very calm, peaceful animals. What happens when you see it in a zoo? A lot of the time it's being aggressive, beating its chest, and yelling. Why? Because it's been imprisoned, taken out of it's context and forced into a confinement where people stare at it all day. And gorillas on tv are just as aggressive. I mean, no one wants to just watch an animal sit there. The rage is more exciting.

Well if u call any Muslim a "Terrorist", then he may act like Zidane did, 'coz its NOT fair to label everyone because of the deeds of bad-ones, or paint everyone with the same brush. Islam is a religion of Peace, Love, Harmony & Humanity. Its like if someone makes a racist remark at u, how will u feel?

If you think that Muslims are an angry group you have not met very many Muslims. I'm a Christian and have found most Muslims are very kind and compassionate people. However, when they are upset they will protest and our American press loves to paint Muslims in a negative light.

I have known many traditional muslim families and family-type persons and they were very nice people. A lot of them are angry because of all of the BS they have to put up with from the rednecks who refuse to accept anyone unlike themselves. They are discriminated against at every turn in society. This would cause me to be angry also. I think the extremists are the ones in the limelight and they are all a bunch of idiots. We often forget the common, family person going quietly about their day, trying to work and feed their families.

Why do you have to apologize ? Oh yes political correctness. Anyone who can observe would have to come to the conclusion that in fact they are an angry group of people. I might add a very large group. They have one common goal. To do your butt in.
Are they wrong? I guess it depends on how you look at it. If one was programed from birth to believe a certain way, suppose in their mind they would believe they are right in their actions. On the other hand, for us to survive we are going to have to stop them. I do mean stop them. I am sorry to say I don't think that will happen. When it is too late to stop them people will say, well we should have, could have etc. Our leaders, with our support seem to be very good at letting problems accelerate to the point of no return. On this subject we have arrived to that plateau.

Don't blame them. They, like christians, are being misguided by their books. Burn the koran and bible, and all anger will vanish, and humanity will shine.
