Yes it would go bad. If the bottle was still able to hold the wine, which it probably wouldnt, the wine would be bad. After many years wine will taste like vinegar.

Sealed bottles of wine accidentally discovered in various places, shipwrecks, monasteries, caves, etc. mostly 3-400 years old, have all yielded the same result:
VINEGAR.

if it were opened and then aged, it would go bad because air evaporates alcohol so all that would be left is a chink of 1,000 year old grape juice or 1,000 year old grape mold i should say!
in an un-opened bottle it would tase friggin GREAT!
