I need something that would be easy to memorize and sound sincere. I am the maid of honor at my best friend's wedding. We are all early 20's, so I'd like something that's not too stuffy, but very sentimental. Any help please???

Why on earth would you memorize it? Index cards are your friend. I got the following from a Mercedes Lackey book and I feel it's the perfect toast for a wedding.
Now you will no longer fear the storm, for you find shelter in each other.
Now the winter cannot harm you, for you warm each other with love.
Now when strength fails, you will be the wind to each other’s wings.
Now the darkness holds no danger, for you will be the light to each other’s path.
Now you will defy despair, for you will bring hope to each other’s heart.
Now there will be no more loneliness, for there will always be a hand reaching out to aid you when all seems darkest.
Where there were two paths, now there is one.

Maybe you could modify this one (I made up) to suit you:
(Bride's name) & (Groom's name), this is the biggest day of your lives. We are here to celebrate that day with you. We love you. We will always love you. We wish you all the happiness possible in your lives.
(Bride's name), I especially love you and your asking me to be the Maid of Honor is proof that love is returned. I feel I am losing my best friend, but I know although (Groom's name) has made you his wife, our friendship will never die.
God bless you both as you live your lives to the fullest.
At this point, lift your glass and clink with the bridal couple. Try not to cry. LOL!
