get her to the vet ASAP! it definitely sounds like she has a urinary tract infection (which can be deadly if not treated).

It may or may not be an infection. Sometimes it is mineral crystals that develop in the bladder. This is more common in males than females, but females can have it too. If you get her to the vet tomorrow, they well be able to help her. Usually the cause is diet. I fed my cat a quality cat food sold only at pet food stores, but apparently, it just wasn't good enough. My vet had me put my cat on special kibble.

When cats find it uncomfortable to urinate in the catbox, they blame the catbox and attempt to find a place to pee where it won't hurt to pee. Once your cat is healthy, get a spot cleaner with Pheromones, that well repel the cat. Removing the odor & stain may be the best you can do, but if you can find a cleaner with Pheromones then you will have more success. Discipline (talk to your vet) is also important to get them to use the catbox exclusively. But, my cat was happy to use the catbox only, once he was cured.

Don't panic! A vet needs to help you determine the cause of the blood in the urine.

It could be something that is readily remediable. Get her in as soon as possible.

most likely a urinary tract infection. it is treatable. just make sure to take her to the vet quickly. they'll probably put her on antibiotics. everything will be fine. good luck!

I'd definately bring her to the vet right away...hopefully they can give her medications before it gets too serious.
