Malt o Meal/Cream of Wheat
Even though it's usually fixed during the cooler months becasue it's served warm, it's also yummy year round. It's filling compared to dry cereal and also less expensive.

Captain Crunch..original flavor..or peanut butter if you prefer that..its yummy and needs no sugar for sweetness,the Captain himself is a dork but hey his cereal rocks!
