I have used free.translation.com but none of the translation sites are really good. If you want it to be translated well then you need to have a human do it. If just getting the general idea across is what you need then a site would be good enough for that.
I teach and when my students use a site rather than do the work themselves it is always painfully obvious.

I OFTEN USE GOOGLE. ON THE MAIN PAGE LOOK TO THE RIGHT AND IT WILL SAY LANGUAGES AND YA JUST CLICK ON IT. GOOD LUCK
