Either he's telling the truth, or very diplomatic and/or supportive. Sounds like a keeper, either way...

No he is not telling the truth.
He just knows you need to hear this over and over even from people who have absolutely no idea. So, on behalf of your fiance:
Wow, you are the best he's ever had! He is so lucky to have you as a sex partner. And to think he is going to be able to enjoy your best sex of his life for a whole life time! ALTHOUGH I AM COMPLETELY STRAIGHT, it kind of makes me wish I was a man; and not just any man, but HIM so I could enjoy your best sex of my life too!
SATISFIED?

If you feel that you are the best then you are the best. My husband/boyfriend says I'm the best and I never did believe it. I, now feel that I truly am because I feel that I am. When a guy tells you that, you may not believe it, but take it for what it is worth. There is no need to not trust it. If you are doubting it, then do something to make you feel better. Perform like you never have or never thought you would. Be the best and know that your the best.

A man has to do what a man has to do. Try not giving him sex and see what happens. If he really cares for you, well it won't matter. A man will tell a woman anything for sex so hold out to see what kind of guy this man really is.

Hard to tell. I said the same thing to every guy I've dated if they asked. What else can I say ? As long as , you feel it's a compliment.. don't bother think about it.

How can anyone who does not know your boyfriend begin to competently answer this question? How could any answer appear here that you could take any comfort in?

How do you ask questions when your brain is turned off?

You'll never know for sure. If he really loves you then that has to figure into it. Sexual pleasure is magnified by the loving and caring of those involved.

Who cares? He loves you enough to want to make you feel good about yourself. Count your blessings ! You could be with a jerk who tells you how much better other girlfriends were.

honey, why are you worring about it. If he tells you your the best then he must think so. Just take his word for it. Otherwise if you can't even believe him when he tells you that, then why are you marrying him?

Not unless he marries you and stops having sex with other women.
