HIGHLY unlikely. There is an extremely small amount of the HIV in human saliva; not nearly enough to get infected. Watch out if they have any sort of open sores in their mouths, though. Even so, the chances of contracting the virus by kissing are very slim.

it is impossible to get HIV/AIDS while kissing. While you can get HIV/AIDS in other fluids such as blood, is not able to catch while kissing. YOU WOULD have to drink about a gallon of saliva in order to get AIDS anyway.
P.S. why would you do that anyway

If that is all you did, you won't get HIV/AIDS. You could get a cold or something like that but not HIV.

don't let the other answers fool you....this is what the Center of Disease control has on their website:
>>>Continuous French kissing could damage the skin of the mouth, gums or lips, and for this reason the CDC advises against kissing an infected person in this way, since the disease can be carried in saliva<<<
THE DISEASE CAN BE CARRIED IN SALIVA!!!
Look it up yourself, it's there

generally unlikely. The aids virus won't survive in saliva. However, there is a minute chance if blood is somehow transmitted, say through two people who have just sustained faicial trauma or who have gum disease.

The above answers are good .. and correct. Aids is transmitted by blood (or sperm) ... However Kissing leads to sex, thus protection is recommended, for the sex.
