You don't. I was told that this malady is called "Hunan hand"
Seriously, I had the problem, and nothing stopped the burning except time for it to wear off. The best thing I found was holding my hand in ice water, it stopped the pain as long as it was in the water. I also happened to have cottage cheese frozen in the freezer and this felt very good. My partner spent hours on the internet trying to find a solution, but only keeping it cold helped. Sorry, I will always wear gloves in the future.

I was once told that you could remove the juice from chili's your hands by running your fingers and hands through your hair. I never had a lot of luck with this it removes some not all of the heat. I found that soaking your fingers in tomato juice works well. If the juice got on your fingers because you made salsa, chop the chili first then cut the tomatoes, onions and then the lemons or limes. be sure to touch as much of the tomatoes you can and the lemon or lime juice. I'm not sure how this works but it does.

Try rubbing your fingers on a metal spatula. Hold the spatula between your fingers and move them in an up and down motion.
You should feel some relief.
