I wanna know how much calories i should be eating a day. I'm 16 5ft9in 120 pounds. I want to STAY thi so don't lie and say higher calories than i should be eating!

I'm a veggeterian and the only animal products i eat are cheese and icecream

i'm on a diet, and i'm eating 1,500 calories a day! and if your NOT on a diet i would say 2,000

I would say try to stay around 2000, the average recommended value for most humans. You're young, so your metabolism should be able to keep up with higher caloric intake than you might realize, but you don't sound like you're one of those monstrous 6'3" varsity rowers who needs 3000 calories or more. More importantly, watch *what* you eat. Two thousand calories of grains, fruits, and vegetables is a lot better for you than 2000 calories of fast food.

5'9" 120...little guy. You should take in at least 2000 calories as high as 2500-3000. The last thing you need is to lose weight.

Youre 16 and still growing, your pretty skiiny as you are already. Id say you can eat 3000 at least.

it all depends on how active you are. By theory if you take in more calories than you use through out the day then you will gain weight.

1500-2000 calories a day if you are inactive. 2000-2500 if you are active.

multiply goal weight x 10
=1200 cal.
not much room for junk food w/ only this much. eat lots of veg & fruit.
