My 2 year old daughter was fine and playing all day and she woke up and vomited and got very pale.

is she running a little bit of fever? she could have caught a stomach virus... if she isnt better in 24 hrs take her to the doctor.. you dont want her to dehydrate so try to get her to drink some fluids, though if her stomach is upset it may make her vomit... but try to get her to sip on fluids... stay away from things like juice... the acids in it will aggravate her tummy.... 7 up (warm) in small sips usually helps to calm an upset tummy...
other wise it may just be something she ate did not agree with her.. if this is the case then she will complain of feeling hungry again once she has eliminated whatever is on her tummy..
if you arent sure what to do, call your local emergency room and ask to speak to a nurse... they can advise you as to what to do...

I know if I am in certain air condition rooms I find I have a hard time to sallow and I would throw up too I just turn off the AC or go outside food posing is another but that is not all the time

Could just be a one time thing. Maybe something she ate. Make sure she is getting plenty of fluids and keep an eye on her.

Could be many things.....stomach virus, flu, food poisoning, she may have gotten to hot or maybe something she ate just didn't agree with her

My daughter get sick at night sometimes when she is too hot..try turning on the air..The cooler atmosphere always mae me and her feel better...

Ask your Pediatrician. It could be stomach problems.

She could be getting mucus got in her throat.

it could be numerous things- illness etc. the flu or she ate something that did not agree with her
