God used war. read your Bible. it has its purpose. why does everyone think that God is some patsy wimp? Why do people think that Christians and Jews should be wimps, too? I know! it's all those sissy, watered down preachers you see on tv. God doesn't play! He sets things straight!

Self preservation for one thing. Two, people often fail to live up to the ideals of their faith and therefore act out of greed, power, or sin. Just because a person becomes a practising Jew or Christian does not mean they become perfect.
And by the way all Christian began in Judaism, true enough but one should remember Zionism is politics.

War is sometimes necessary(like most of the world thought that it would be a good thing to stop Hitler)
Or when innocent people have to be afraid to board a bus to go shopping. If the bullies who had pushed many of the arabs out of Palesine had provided a homeland for them they would not have to blame the Israelis(who welcomed the arabs who stayed)

No one hates war more than a Warrior. The only people who actually like war, are people who use terms such as "Zionist". Typically these people are "Muslim" who think homicide bombings are a practical solution to the problems assiociated with religion. Grow a brain, everyone hates "War". Some of us just understand that we have no choice but to face the facts that "Muslim's" hate freedom.

Which war are you referring to? The war in Iraq or the Israeli/Palestine War? I support Israel's right to exist.
