Yes I do believe it basically just from personal experience
When I look back over my life I can pretty much see that most of the time when I have done good things for others I have received the blessing back a dozen times over. Likewise when you do something bad to someone it usually comes back to you in one way or the other. Why it works out that way? - I guess it is just an unwritten law of the universe.

Yep, because I see it every day. I've seen people who've been horrible to others for years all of a sudden wind up being treated horribly.
There's a family out where I work. The neighborhood is one of those new "we're not gated but we act like we are" neighborhoods. A select few families treat the staff here as if we are servants, robots, ect. One of the worst offenders has recently wound up in jail. After her husband became a stroke victim she hardly took care of him or the house. Keep in mind, she was a trophy wife and married him for his $$$. He's now in a nursing home.
It was the mother and oldest son who gave us the most grief, and now they've lost everything. Could be a coincidence, maybe not. But I still tend to believe people get what they deserve.

Karma's funny. My best friend drove like a maniac when he was a teenager. I used to get so jealous that he could get away with so much and if I so much as forgot to use my blinker I was getting pulled over. I think he got pulled over 23 times consecutively and never got a ticket. 15 years later, the guy's living in his mom's trailer behind his sister's house. Can't go anywhere because he's got 6 DUI's in 6 different states. He can't even visit me in Florida because of his warrants. It's just something that's as real as this keyboard. Not that everything bad that happens to you is because you did something bad, I tend to think that if you get enough bad luck, you get a really good stretch of good luck. Either way it truly seems like there is a balance and eventually everything goes level.

Yes without a doubt. In my life I have witnessed many times the effetc of karma. And the effects are not always immediate. It could come back to you in an hour, day, month ect. But rest assured it is real.

I believe that it does. If you treat people with respect and decency you will get it back by 99% of the people you do it to. The same goes for when you are mean to others. You get what you give to others. It's as simple as that.

Yes, "What goes around comes around". What is missing from this famous quote is, "But it comes at you from the sides, from where and when you least expect it".
I've seen. Someone on the road would cut me off and only if I do nothing, they themselves get cut off, pulled over by cops or otherwise, "Get theirs".

I definitely do the bible says so. Dig a pit you will be the one to fall into it.
Cast your bread on the water and it will return to you
There was like 15 scriptures that basically said.
what goes aroung comes around.

I believe that if you do something bad to someone it will come back on you. Punishment may not come fast but Ma'at will make you pay one day.
