Drinks That Burn Calories

Not necessarily, but this can trick the body into thinking you're starving if you're not eating normally WHILE drinking plenty of water which in turn will cause the body to react by storing away what you do eat as if your meals are farther and wider between. Drinking too little water or too much water can also cause swelling and bloating so you should stick to the suggested 8-10 8oz glasses of water a day along with balanced healthy meals unless otherwise instructed by your doctor or nutritionist.

no, they are full of sugar. what makes you burn calories is movement, exercise, etc. drinking a sugar drink with lots of caffeine only gives you a little energy boost, but you just loaded up on calories. Using your own energy is the only way you're going to burn calories. The way to burn fat is get your internal temperature up so that your body starts to burn fat, not muscle. Internal temp. increase makes the body burn fat, not sugary drinks or caffeine. Make sense?

Nope, they supposedly give you a burst of energy readily. If you drink it and don't use the energy then they get converted into (you've guessed it) fats at a much higher rate than normal foods since they are easily absorb by the body.
