Sure, it is called herpes gladiatorium. Thus named since they sometimes see it shared among wrestlers. Breakout will always be somewhere in the area, maybe not exactly the same spot, but nearby. Same medications/regimens apply to this as it would to genital herpes.

Herpes usually appear in the genital area and the mouth but if you have had sexual contact using your arm with someone then it can be located on your arm. If so then you need medical treatment as it will not go away by itself. The safest way to find out about what you have on your arm is go to a dermatologist.

On the arm it is unlikely to the same as genital herpes. It is more likely to be herpes zoster, which is also called shingles. Shingles are caused by the same virus that causes chickenpox. Outbreaks of shingles follow the distribution of nerves in the skin.

Yes. I worked with this girl who had it on her hand(from je rking a guy off). At first it looked like a big blister. It did not go away and turned into a sore-that's when she had a test done that revealed it was herpes.
