yes go for it cause those same girls that are trying to talk you out of it will be the ones coming around trying to get him friends do strange things sometimes ever heard of misery loving company they want you to be along becasue they are do what you want for you dont let other people control decisions about your life looks arent everything he may have a greater personality to offer you this just shows that you arent shallow like some people.

You can not live your life nor make decisions for your friends! If you like this person and he is cool to you then that's all that matters. Every individual has their own taste or likes and dislikes regarding the opposite sex. I am sure you will come accross guys that your girlfriends pick that you think "Oh Barf"! So follow your own intuition not theirs!

Its about a girl who listened to her friends when she was in love with the guy and then later on in life she regrets it. Don't listen to what other people think, if you like him that should be enough. If they make fun of you they are not good friends.

If you like him then go for it. You need to do what will make you happy, not your friends. If they make fun of you, they were never your friends in the first place.

who cares if they don't think he's cute. if they make fun of you for going out with him then they are not real friends. you should pick who you want to be with. don't let your friends control or pressure you - everything can't be they're way.
