Just because you don't go to church doesn't make you a bad person or make your belief in God disappear.

I do not go to church, but I do read the bible and I have accepted Jesus Christ into my heart and the Lord our God.

Nowhere in the bible does it say the word "HELL". When you think about the word "HELL" what comes to mind? Burning, hot, pain, eternal misery? In the bible it only states that if you're not a believer in Christ, you will not go to Heaven, you will be in a state of darkness, aka "an absence of God."

If you sincerely believe in your heart that Jesus died for all of our sins and that our God is a loving God, you're not going to "HELL." So many people think that they're going to go to hell if they're not perfect. God gave us all free will - we're going to sin. But when you do sin, ask for forgivness, take it as a lesson, and never do it again.

Who are we to judge you for not going to church? I know firsthand that just because I do not go to church that it doesn't make me any less spiritual. I read the bible, and I pray to God.

If anyone is going to judge you for what you do, tell them it's not their place to judge. No one can force a religion down someone's throat. All you have to do is keep the faith :)

You don't have to go to church all the time if you don't want to. Just read the bible.. Start with the shortest stories first and move on. Look up some quotes about things that interest you like love, friends, trust, God, prayer, etc. Highlight the scriptures that interest you. It's very fun. I feel good when I read the word of God.

Just because people go to a priest or church every week doesn't mean they're true believers or followers of Christ. Most of them are false saints who are putting up a front to make themselves look like "good" people.

He's waiting for you, and all you have to do is talk to Him. He loves every one of us. He gave us all life, it's only right to give him thanks. Pray to Him, read into the bible, and believe.

This is a "Letter From Jesus".. It's great and true. Read it please:

"My Precious Friend,

I am sending you this letter by way of one of My disciples. I just wanted to let you know how much I love and care about you and how I greatly desire to become a meaningful part of your life.

This morning when you awoke, I was already there with you in the light of My beautiful sunshine that filled your room. I was hoping that you would say good morning; you didn't. So, I thought maybe it was just a little too early in the day for you to notice me.

Again, I tried to get your attention when you stepped out of your door. I kissed your face with a soft gentle breeze. I breathed upon you My fragrant sweet breath scented with flowers. Then sang you a love song through the birds in the trees. You just walked right past Me.

Later on in the day, I watched over you as you were talking with some of your friends. Oh! How I wished that you would talk to Me also. I waited and waited, but you just went along your way.

This Afternoon I sent you a refreshing shower and glistened to you from each rain drop. I even shouted to you a time or two with rainbows in the midst of My fluffy white clouds. I just knew you would see Me then but you were not aware of My presence.

I was hoping you would talk to Me a little while before you went to sleep. You never said a word. It hurt Me deeply; however, I continued to watch over you all through the night thinking that, maybe, just maybe, you would say hello to Me in the morning.

Each and Every Day, I have Revealed Myself to you in many strange and wondrous ways hoping that you would accept Me as your Shepherd. For, I am the only one that can supply you with all your needs. My Love for you is deeper than the deepest ocean and bigger than the great blue sky. I have so very much to give to you and also share with you.

Please let me hear from you soon.

Your Loving Friend Forever,

JESUS."

Your faith is what comes from the heart.
As long as you are living your life as God intended for us to, then you are fine. Attending church is a great way to build your faith and keep the word of God close. You can have Church right in your home. Praise his Holy name in songs, praise his name for all that he has done, and studying the bible.
As long as you know and believe that God died and rose again for your sins then you believe in him. If you know and believe that through him all things are possible then you believe.
My personal opinion I think some people who go to church will be heading to hell before people who have never ever stepped foot in church, because a lot of them are playing a role, they are not sincere with God, mocking him.
But God is a forgiven God and he loves each of us the same no matter what we do. He will always be there for you.
The more you stay in the word the more your faith will grow and you will see so many changes within your personal self and with everything around you.

God is love, love is kind, love endures all things.

God bless you

It doesn't mean u are going 2 hell, but it means u are not faithful 2 God.A faithful 2 God is dedicated 2 learning about him,and How do u do that if u dont practice?U might have faiith in him,but that just means u know he exists.Go 2 a priest and talk 2 him.He will help u.When u have a relationship with God,u are more relaxed, and happy because u know what u feel,u know what is right.Just go 2 the priest, and he'll explain and stuff

The truth is Nicolle, God is with you right now. If you don't go to church then they do not have the benefit of your contribution to your ministry. We are each called to serve him in our own ministry. If you believe that Jesus is the Son of God then no you will not go to hell. Jesus said, that if you have faith the size of a mustard seed you could say to this mountain, "be moved", and it would move. So the size of your faith is not important. It is just more blessed to give than to receive in my opinion.

Additional details: No amount of being good will save you. It is a free gift from God. It is the blood of Christ shed for your sins that saves you not anything you do or say.

Being a good person won't get you into heaven, the bible says that we are suppose to assemble together with Christians Hebrews 10:25, and that we must be saved. Read Revelation 21:8 that pretty well tells you who is going to hell. Ephesians 2:8,9 tells you no one gets to heaven by being good. Also worth reading in Mark 16:16, John 3:3. 11Peter2:4, John 14:16, 1John 5:11,12. Revelation 3:2,15,16. After you read these verses please get back with me... I think they will answer your questions and you may have more questions. God Bless

No, not necessarily.

What you do in life is what counts.

I don't believe in organized religion. I don't worship Icons like Crosses or Crusifixes.

I do read the Bible know and then and I do ponder what Jesus and God basically say about how you should live and I tried to follow that as best as I can, but I'm not perfect.

I don't do things for rewards. If I'm not in the book of life, so be it.

I won't stop trying to better myself just because I don't get a place in heaven.

Salvation is not based on what you do it is based on what you believe. Have you trusted and believed that the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins, That He was buried and took your sins away and that He rose again the third day for your justification? If so that is all you need to get into God's heaven. Do you need to fellowship with other Christians of the same faith? Yes Do you need to pray? Yes 1 Thessalonians 5: 17 Pray without ceasing.

There was a great religious sage in India. He thought he was devote and prayed that God would show him is there was any one that loved God more. God told him to go at day break to the hut of a local farmer and observe him for the day.

He watched as the man woke and said the name of God, then proceeded to till his field. At dark he returned to his family, said the name of God and went to sleep.

He sage couldn't believe that this man was more devote the he was. God told him to take a full glass of water and walk around the perimeter of the city without spilling any.

He did so and then told God, I still don't see how this man could love you more than me.

God asked, how many times did you think of me while you walked around the city?

None, I was too busy with the glass.

God replied this man worked all day from dawn to dusk and he mentioned me twice. You walked around the city and didn't think of me once! Truely this man loves me most.

If you don't pray or go to church in your next life you'll be a fly or something like that. All bow to lord Jesus!

There are five components of salvation:

faith (that you believe)
confession (that you confess with your mouth)
repentance
renewal (through the Holy Spirit)
…and water baptism.

I would venture to guess that you dont study the bible either? Forgive me if I am wrong on that point. I would recommend that you begin with the New Testament and study it - you will find your answers there. Get an NIV translation perhaps for your first study - it makes it much easier to understand all that is taught.

Your church has some directives which every member should follow. If you won't follow your church, then you will be unfaithful. If you go to hell, that depends on the gravity of your action. That does not mean that you don't believe in God anymore.

I suggest that you spend your time in Bible reading, Bible sharing with your church members, and prayer.
