Since the afterlife is a spiritual life in a spiritual realm and we know nothing about what memories or knowledge a person will retain that is a question that is impossible to answer. If Heaven is a place of no anger and total love with no sadness then neither would have a negative reaction. God will Judge every person for their own acts but Christ blood also covers all sins completely as if they never happened. Many fundamentalist however would say it could never happen because the baby dying before the age of accountability would be in heaven and the mother due to abortion wouldn't be there. Myself, I believe Christ Blood covers all sins completely.

That person would have as much love for their mother as any other enlightened spiritual being. Those who truly understand the Spirit know that people sometimes face hard choices, and sometimes even abortion can be better than continued life under certain circumstances. The aborted fetus did not have to face all the hardships, trials, and temptations of life, so they would still be pure in Spirit.

If you believe that spirits in the afterlife do not hold grudges, are unconditionally loving and forgiving, then the fetus (spirit) would welcome that mother in open and loving arms, with unconditional love and forgiveness.

All happens exactly how it is meant to happen for the soul's development, each soul in that case would have gone through exactly what had been planned for them, even if the outside world does not understand why.

With joy and happiness. If the mother is in heaven (there is no generic "afterlife"), she's asked for forgiveness for her sins, and received the free gift of salvation that is in Christ. The Bible tells us there are no tears in heaven, and with the LORD there, there is no anger or hatred.

according to biblical scripture all things are new in heaven, including relationships, meaning you won't be reacting to an old relationship, but instead you will be living in the glory of the presence of God
