I work with a guy who lives in another state. We have been flirting over the phone for quite a while. He told me I was beautiful and exotic and he liked talking with me. During a recent work trip that his agency invited me to speak at, he asked me to go out with him and his coworkers. His coworkers were very friendly. One of guys said he was glad he met me because the guy I flirted with always talked about me. Throughout the night he asked me many questions about myself. Everything was going well but then he suprised me and with a smile he told me that he thought I was controlling but we could still be friends. A week later he called and we talked for 2 hours until his cell battery died. Then he called me on his other cell phone and we talked for another hour. At one point he told paused and then said that I was extremely pretty, had a lot going for me and I could go out with any guy I want. What should I think?

Guys put us ladies thru a battery of "tests" when they are feeling things out. He was looking for your reaction when he stated you're contolling. Wanted to hear what you had to say about that. It definitely sounds like he is interested. Proceed with Caution. Remember you are the jewel. It is his repsponsibility to pursue you. It is your responsibility to give him opportunity to do so.....if you choose to.

This guy sounds like he is having fun talking and flirting with you on the phone, but when you are actually there in the flesh, that he backs away from the lead in to something more. Like he's a bit afraid that if he allows it to it may lead to a commitment. In short I think he wants his cake and to eat it too. I say, find someone near you that you can have fun with. Get off the phone and into your life, and enjoy it, you only get one run at it. Don't waste that time on the phone with someone who doesn't know what he wants.

he's confusing why is he taking up so much of your time if he just wants you as a friend i think you should figure out why he said that you were controlling maybe you misunderstood him cause it seems he's interested but theres something holding him back maybe another woman better start digging see what you can find.
