Although all fruits have natural sugar, some have more than others. I'd say stay away from grapes and pears for starters. Apples and oranges are good choices. As are strawberries.

Bananas have alot of calories BUT they have potassium which our bodies need. Berries are awesome...blueberries, rasberries, blackberries, etc. Fruit is great because it has fiber and our bodies need fiber to digest any food. Fruit is a great addition to any healthy, eating plan!!!

My sister suffers from an auto immune disease and her doctor told her to stay away from strawberries.
They are high in vitamin C but other than that they have qualities about them that are bad for people trying to lose weight or people who have to take alot of prescriptions drugs (like my sister)

Cantaloupe is very high in sugar and in turn calorie content.
Avoid too much cantaloupe.
