Really, it usually is the other way around: you need to feel complete to be happy with your life. When I say that, I mean that you need to feel that you are doing the best you can and that you are an honest person with integrity. When you reach that completeness, hapiness starts to establish itself.

I can be somewhat happy and be complete, but I can be very happy and then feel somewhat incomplete. It just becomes a little nagging sensation on the back of my mind. I work hard knowing that I will complete whatever I am working on determined to get it done. I will feel incomplete once done know that I have something else to work on to feel complete again.

U have to be happy inside, not just outside. Its all in the mind, heart and spirit. Thinking positive sure helps.
