At first I thought that you were asking how much the manuals cost for a 2000 Echo. In the US, you can find out the publication numbers and the pricing at:
http://smg.toyotapartsandservice.com/pubs.php?v=&y=&int=&pv=ECHO&py=2000&pubno=

But your further comments suggest that you're looking for the price of the vehicle itself, in accident condition.

If you were in the US, I'd suggest that you try some of the online price calculators at:
http://www.kbb.com/
http://www.nadaguides.com/
http://www.edmunds.com/
as a starting point. You could also look in the local newspapers and other online used car sales sites (US I'd suggest autotrader.com and cars.com) to see what actual sales are like in your area.

Then I'd contact a body/repair shop or two, and ask for a repair estimate for both parts (new from Toyota and also used from scrap/wreck yards) and labor.

Using those prices, you should be able to come up with a good estimate if you are trying to either buy or sell it.

Your auto insurance company should also be able to give you an estimate for the vehicle's worth and possible repair costs.

given that without an accident the car is worth around $6000 with these miles and assuming the rapairs will cost $2000-$3500 from a mechanic i would not pay more than $3000 for it, thats still depending on the condition of all other parts of the car. if you would happen to be machanically savvy you could replace some parts yourself and make it in the $1500 range safely for the repairs thus saving you an additional $1000.

The Kelly Blue Book is used by almost every car dealership, and very popular with auto gurus. Go to www.kbb.com , and it will tell you everything- pricing for trade-in, for private parties, for dealer retail.

2.5, 2K USD, and that's pushing it - that sort of mileage on a little engine like that means very little life left there. Unless you are expecting some sort of special deal on this vehicle, I would stay away.
