She's waiting for mosquitos to infect us with west nile

I'd start breeding a bunch of mosquitoes, collect at least 2 ozs, and bake her a nice little mosquitoe pie. Just for fun, write "West Nile" on the top with icing. Yummy.

Wouldn't the mosquitos potentially infect her with west nile as well? She just doesn't think it will happen to "her", and is in denial that this should be a priority. If I were you, I would call the city and have them come out and investigate. I have a hunch that they are not going to like that water sitting there either, and will either fix the problem, or make her fix it. Good luck!

Maybe call the health department? If this is actually a serious question... I think they can order an inspection of a property if there is a risk of a health hazard like west nile.

Contact your Local Health Department or City Hall or County Clerks office. File a complaint.

Don't do anything with her. Call your local health dept. I'm sure she is in violation of some local ordinance. Try the Environmental Protection Agency. Call the mayor's office, etc.

you're probably talking about one of those inflatable swimming pools ..sneak over there in the middle of the night and puncture holes in the swimming pool..."stupid neighbors"
