What do i do if someone i like is like 3 in. shorter than me?

he is like 4 ' 11 and i am 5'2 !! I am in 7th grade HE IS SO HOT!!!!

i don't know if h like me yet!!??

Don't worry about it, that what you do.
You have to stop and remember that you are probably about as tall as you are going to get, maybe just a little taller.
He has not hit his growing spurt yet. He could shoot up 3,4,5 inches in just the next 6 months or so.

Where girls tend to stop growing as much in their teens, boys tend to start growing in theirs, and will continue to do so until he is probably in his early 20's.

So don't sweat the small stuff. If you like him and think he is "hot" then go for it.

Hey dear, don't frett.

First off in 7th grade, a boys hormones are still developing so he's not done growing yet. A lot of boys I've known have shot up 8 inches in ONE summer.. no kidding, and a growth spurt WILL definitely come.

You should try to get to know him better and perhaps you both will be in a meaningful relationship.

Don't let height get in the way.

I'm a grandma, so take grandma's advice. I just have to tell you about my high school sweetie. When I was in the 8th grade this cute little guy rode the same school bus as I did. Ohhhh he was so cute, and soooo short, shorter than me any way. Well, we became friends until summer, he moved away, then moved back when school started again. Now we're in the 9th grade! I'm in my back yard hanging laundry out to dry. Up walks this tall, dark haired handsome young man Mmmmmm, veeerrrry handsome and veeerrrry tall young man I had never seen before and he was in MY back yard walking towards ME!! Well by golly it turned out to be the cute little guy shorter than me friend from school last year! I tell you he grew a whole foot. And such broad shoulders he grew too! He had taken a summer job working on a farm bailing hay!! Wow what a change. We dated all through high school. Now the moral of this story. Hang in there sweetie. Your b/f friend will out grow you in due time. And you will be so happy you stood by him. Wear flat shoes for now and hold his hand with a smile. Enjoy what you have because you will cherish this memory the rest of your life with happiness.

Liking somone has no height requirement so I encourage you be you! Just always ask yourself in situations like this, would I like a person to dislike me just because I am not as tall as them? I swear by this..........after a while you won't even notice he is not as tall as you.........if you like him he will be 10 feet tall in your eyes (how you see him).
