NO. when my friends accidentally toss their hair into my face as they turn around too fast, it makes me wanna sneeze
and i hate to think about ppl with lice flipping/tossing their hair

My husband hates it when I do that. I'm sure he liked it ok at first, but now it's just plain annoying. I wouldn't suggest it.
