Sounds crazy but brush your gums gently with toothpaste then swish your mouth out with ice cold water. It causes the blood vessels in the gums to shrink therefore the blood flow that causes the pain and irritation goes away too. Then take a couple of aspirin or Tylenol. Hopefully this will help. Good luck. It works usually.

I'd be surprised if it's a wisdom tooth...you are too young for that..more likey it is a 12 year molar that you are getting. Take some tylenol or ibuprofin. be sure to brush those new teeth!

get a wash rag wet and let it get really cold in the freezer, then suck or naw on it. It will help the tooth come through, and the cold will numb it.

A clove of Garlic. Or go to home remedies and search. Mouth wash hopefully we also help.

Try some Ibuprofen, like Motrin. That's what I was told to use for mine by the doc, and it works.

It hurts like hell. what I do is poke it with a needle so the pain is more so i can't feel the pain of the teeth coming out.

Listerine, warm salt water, rinsing out your mouth with any kind of liquor, ice, sucrets.
