Let say you have like more than ten thousand members your church but somebody from oversea with two members in their church ask you to go to help them pioneering in their place. Are you will let go of your church and go start all over again?Why?Why not?

No responsible Pastor would simply go away and leave the flock without a shepherd. In the situation you have described, the Church can always send a few of its members and/or financial assistance for a time until the new Church has become fully established. When Churches missionized in the New Testament, members went out by twos to establish new Churches however this was with the authority of the Church from which they left so you would need to ensure that this new Church is scripturaly correct before making any financial contributions.

I would if I had an able associate pastor to take care of my church in my absence. I would not, however, leave my church unattended in my absence for any reason. It doesn't make sense to leave 10,000 true Christians for two. Remember the story of Sodom and Gamorrah?

That depends on how well the home church can go without him, and many other factors. Neither answer is wrong, he should do as his Conscience leads him.
