I mean, it's so good, don't you think, to see the US now making amends for past lacklustre performance, by doing some real policing around the world, after their past dismal performances and lack of bodily commitment of the previous 2 World Wars.
I guess it's now their turn to take the Brunt ot the work, I suppose ... but good to see the current generation rise to the occasion, nevertheless.

In both World War 1 and WW2, of course, they did not even bother entering them until the show was either all over, or until the vast majority of the Real Bull work was done - especially, in WW1 - but you would have thought they would have learnt that lesson sooner, than to wait until Pearl Harbour to bodily commit themselves in WW2!
Wouldn't you??

No , what is happening is not a good thing. You are right re WW1&WW2 but no one has given the US the right to invade whatever countries they want. If the US & other countries would work together that is what the UN was created for. But if the super powers will not get behind it , it can't do what it should be able to do. I accuse 1st The USSR, 2nd-France and now the USA of destroying any hope for the future.
