I would give the Peppermill a try -> http://www.renohotelreviews.com/peppermill-reviews.html They have a good mix of table games and several different slots. The food in any of their restaurants is also a good choice.
Alternatively, you could go to the Siena -> http://www.renohotelreviews.com/siena-reno-reviews.html where I think they still have penny slots that you can play all day.
Any of the casinos will have a wide variety of games for you to play. Whether you win or lose is another question... Have fun!

Harrah's is big, and has a lot of lower limit tables. I was only there once and played in Harrah's and Fitzgeralds, both were comfortable.

Cal-neva is good. They have lots of $1.00 table games. Their slots are loose also.
