foods that are high in starch and foods that help gain weight....? dont have to taste good, i just wanna gain a lil weight

Any kind of Potatoes. Any kind of Pasta, like mac and cheese, and lasagna.also any kind of bread is starchy. Those are the main three, potatoes, pasta and bread.

Starchy foods; Bread, rice, pasta, potatoes are a few.
Fat foods; chips,chocolate,eat late and just go to sleep it helps gaining weight.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I would say potatoes. They are high in starch and will help gain weight.

If you want to eat starchy foods eat from the wheat and grain food group.It does make you gain weight if you eat alot of it.I'm a diabetic and my doctor told me to lay off the wheat and grains because everything in that food group is starchy-which makes my blood go high.

If you are looking to gain weight just think junk food. Cheese puffs etc. Look at it like you would if you were loosing weight by checking the fat and calorie content on everything.
Just be careful. In trying to gain wight you may gain high cholesterol and loose energy.
