I know this sounds like other questions but she has already told me that she liked me and I told her as well, but nothing happened this was over a year ago. Why is she acting like it never happened? She has actually proceded to date other people, do you think that she wanted me to take the next step or that she never really liked me?

Well I frist want to tell you that it took a lot of guts to tell someone that you like how you feel. I think one of two things can be going on 1 is that she feels like she gave you a big clue by telling too how she feels and now wants you to make the next move. If this is the answer then do small things at first like take her to dinner and open doors, let her know you are still into her even after a year then go in for more by asking her out. 2 is that after you two told each other how you felt and you did not take the next step is that she's testing you by going out with other guys. She wants to see if you will do anything to try and make her your girlfriend. I hope what I've told you helps. Good luck!

So, what is your next step after knowing that both of you are fond of each other?
Did you initiate a date? Did both of you spend time together? Did both of you ever share your sorrows and happy moments?
If none of the above has been done, how do you expect a gal to know that she means something to you?
Action speaks louder than words. If you are shy to initiate anything, you'll be losing her for good.
She has moved on. Well, not sure whether it is too late for you to do anything.

She probably did not want to be the aggressor and wanted you to take the next step. She could still be waiting though. You should casually go for it.

She liked you but was waiting for you to ask her out. You missed your chance and she moved on. Ask her if she's still interested in you if she's single. Then proceed to ask her out.
