try to solve this riddle?

Question

A man is lying dead in a room witha a gun in his hand and a suicide tape recording in his hand. The police press play and hear the message. There is a gunshot at the end. Why do the police treat this as murder?

if the gunshot was at the end, then someone pushed stop on the recorder. come on, that all you got?

The Tape had started from the beginning when the Police pushed play.

If it was Suicide, the Tape should of been still playing or stopped at the End.

Someone else was there and had stopped & rewinded the Tape after the Gun went off.

Well because when the police played the tape it was at the beginning and if it was suicide the tape would had still be playing or stop at the end. so which means someone must have been there to stop or to rewind the tape.
