I'm sure it's safe, but it's disturbing that they are selling ice cream to kids with humans skulls on the truck. I would think a more kid friendly decor would work better for their business.

Buying ice cream from a truck covered in *human* skulls is fine. If it were covered in *chicken* skulls, I might be concerned.

I wouldn't worry so much about the skulls on the truck as I would about the cleanliness of the truck and the driver. It sounds like he really doesn't want children around his truck.
