the one I use is Finale 2003. I believe there's also a Finale 2006. Although it's supposed to cost money to download, but I can help you get it for free. Just send me an email. jamessun92@yahoo.com

I know that Finale and Sibellius are both very user friendly. I was a fan of Finale but they were upgrading to Sibellius and it's supposed to be easier and more comprehensive.
