Well I have been walking and riding my bike every day and there r this guys down the road and they r brothers and they both r really hot and the brunette one waved @ me today so when they went by my house i waved to him and i dont no if he is doing it just to be nice or that he likes me should i talk to him or should i wait for him to talk to me

I think that you should start talking to him to see where things. Meaning if he likes you then he'll show it and if he's just being nice then he would give off any signs that would show that he likes you!
